Abstract: 目的探讨颌骨骨折病人术前术后的营养支持治疗和护理对策.方法采用自愿的方法将病人随机分为两组,A组应用康全饮全营养液的治疗组和B组自备膳食的观察组,对两组病人进行有效的护理干预,观察病人营养相关指标的变化.结果食用康全饮全营养液的病人治疗效果良好,体重下降得到控制,各项营养相关指标增加.结论颌骨骨折病人由于心理因素、张口困难,咀嚼障碍等原因造成摄入不足,体重明显下降,各项营养指标降低,术前术后加强营养支持治疗和积极有效的护理干预是促进病人骨折愈合和迅速恢复的关键.
