Abstract: Based on the collection of clinical practice experience and response to sudden nuclear terrorism,national occupational health standard-Specification of Decontamination for Radionuclides Contaminated Human Wound and Skin was revised after extensive literature review.This standard further defined the principles and requirements of emergency decontamination for radionuclides contaminated human wound and skin.Procedures and methods of wound and skin decontamination were also demonstrated in this specification.It is mainly used for diagnosis and treatment of wound and skin radionuclides contamination induced by nuclear accident and nuclear terrorism events.In order to diagnose correctly and treat wound and skin contamination promptly,this specification was interpreted in this article.
