Abstract： Renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis is the final common pathway in end-stage renal disease.Whereas molecular mechanisms underlying fibrogenesis are still not completely understood.To know the latest pathogenesis and treatment methods is of important significance to prevent disease progression and save life.
