Abstract: AIM:Try to simplify the teaching of Simplified Taiji Boxing by using traditional Chinese medicine Yin-yang theories of pedagogy to teaching practice research to explore effective teaching Simplified Taiji Boxing.METHODS:Try to simplify the teaching of Taiji Boxing,by using traditional Chinese medicine yin-yang theories of pedagogy to teaching practice research to explore effective teaching Simplified Tai Chi Chuan.120 people were divided into four administrative classes for teaching unit of 30 students per class in the same hours(32 school hours,once per week,two school hours)The 120 students were divided into experimental group 1 and control group 1,experimental group 2 and control 2 group,separated from the medium of instruction without affecting each other.Two classes were randomly selected as experimental group 1 and experimental group 2,a total of 60 people,by using corresponding different teaching modes to the experimcntal group and control group students.RESULTS:By the teaching experiment,achievement test results of the pairs of two different teaching modes to student showed a very significant difference(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:It Was fully proved that the teaching mode using traditional Chinese medicine yin-yang theoties was better than the traditional teaching of Simplified Taiji Boxing in the simplified Taiji Boxing.It Was better to grasp the movement,to raise skill levels and train skills.In the simplified Taiji boxing techniques,it Was obviously superior to the traditional mode of teaching in robustness.
