Comparison of isoflurane-induced and sevoflurane-induced preconditioning for rapid brain ischemic tolerance in rats

Abstract: 目的:探讨1倍最低肺泡有效浓度(1 MAC)的异氟醚和七氟醚预处理是否能够诱导大鼠快速脑缺血耐受,并比较两者预处理的保护效应有无差异.方法:42只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组(每组14只):对照组,异氟醚组,七氟醚组.分别接受970 mL/L O2,1 MAC的异氟醚(15 mL/L异氟醚+970 mL/L O2),1 MAC的七氟醚(24 mL/L七氟醚+970 mL/L O2)预处理1 h.从各组中随机抽取4只大鼠在预处理前后监测平均动脉压(MAP)和血气.其余大鼠在预处理1 h后行局灶性脑缺血,2 h后恢复灌注至72 h.分别在再灌注24,48,72 h进行神经功能评分(NBS),72 h评分后取脑染色计算脑梗死容积百分比.结果:异氟醚组和七氟醚组的NBS在3个时间点都明显优于对照组(P<0.05),异氟醚组和七氟醚组的脑梗死容积百分比分别为(31.9±3.7)%和(38.5±2.3)%,明显小于对照组[(48.6±2.2)%,P=0.001,P=0.032].比较异氟醚组和七氟醚组的NBS和梗死容积百分比均无统计学意义.结论:1 MAC的异氟醚和七氟醚预处理可以诱导大鼠快速脑缺血耐受,减轻局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤,且两者的保护效应相似.
