Effects of cholecystectomy on gastrointestinal myoelectric activity and bile acid pool size in guinea pigs

Abstract: 目的:研究豚鼠胆囊切除术后胃肠移行性复合波(MMC)是否与胆酸池大小有关. 方法:60只豚鼠分别给予正常饮食8 wk(A组、B组),10 g/L胆固醇饮食8 wk(C组、D组),喂养结束后,评估胆囊动力并将电极植入胃肠道;其中B组、D组同时行胆囊切除术,术后4 wk记录MMC并测量胆酸池大小. 结果:胆囊切除后,正常与胆结石豚鼠MMC I,II,III期时限与总周期平行缩短而波幅升高,但无显著性差异. 胆结石豚鼠比正常豚鼠胆酸池减小(P<0.05),并且手术后再轻微下降;而胆酸、粪胆酸轻微升高,其程度与正常豚鼠手术后的变化一致. 然而,这些变化没有统计学差异. 结论:在正常与胆结石豚鼠,胆囊切除术没有引起MMC与胆酸池大小改变,但MMC运动与胆酸池密切相关,因此,胆囊切除术后综合征不是胃肠动力障碍所致.
