Abstract: 目的: 研究单个活态人血红细胞在不同pH值(pH 5.8 ~ 9.0)下的膜动力学特性与携氧能力. 方法: 用新型快速显微多道分光光度技术和显微生物医学图像分析技术(fast multi-channel micro-spectrophotometer and image analysis techniques, FMIA)对红细胞形态结构、弯曲弹性模量(KC)、剪切弹性模量(μ)和吸光度(A)进行无扰、在位、实时、高灵敏度联合动态连续测量. 结果: 细胞形态随pH增大而减小;KC, μ和形状因子(roundness factor, REF)在pH 7.4~7.6时最小,随酸碱度增大而增大;A在pH 7.4最大,随酸碱度增大而减小. 结论: pH值与细胞的形态、膜的变形能力、流动特性和胞内血红蛋白分子氧合能力密切相关.
