Abstract： 目的: 探讨人牙周膜细胞在张应力作用下的成骨特性和核心结合因子(core-binding factorα1 ,cbfa1)在正畸成骨中的作用机制. 方法: 人牙周膜细胞体外原代培养,弹性膜及体外培养细胞加载系统加载弹性牵张力,免疫组化方法检测cbfa1多克隆抗体在人牙周膜细胞的表达. 结果: 未加力的正常人牙周膜细胞cbfa1抗体检测为阴性,弹性牵张力作用下人牙周膜细胞有cbfa1阳性表达. 结论: 弹性牵张力可以诱导人牙周膜细胞向成骨样细胞分化;cbfa1可能是正畸成骨的调控途径之一.
