Abstract: 目的: 探讨130 dB次声作用对大鼠纹状体一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元及乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)免疫阳性神经元表达的影响.方法: SD大鼠接受频率为16 Hz和8 Hz,130 dB次声,2 h·d-1,分别作用7,14及21 d后,采用神经化学解剖学方法观察纹状体NOS阳性神经元和ChAT免疫阳性神经元表达的影响.结果: 次声作用后,大鼠NOS阳性神经元数目表现为先升高后降低,而ChAT免疫阳性神经元随时间增加数目减少. 16 Hz组ChAT免疫阳性神经元计数较8 Hz组数目显著减少 (P<0.01). 结论: 次声作用后,NOS神经元和ChAT免疫阳性神经元表达与次声的频率和作用时间有关.
