Abstract: 目的探讨全反式维甲酸(ATRA)和苯乙酸钠(NaPA)两者对人肝癌细胞联合作用. 方法应用台盼蓝染色、MTT法、流式细胞仪、甲胎蛋白测定等方法检测ATRA和NaPA两者联合对人肝癌细胞的诱导分化作用. 结果 10 μmol*L-1 ATRA, 2.5 mmol*L-1 NaPA及两者联合作用,可抑制人肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721细胞的生长,使细胞恶性表型向正常转化,其联合作用组7 d抑制率达66.5%,并能明显降低甲胎蛋白的分泌量49.2%,使细胞周期G0/G1期延长58.7%,S期下降35.8% (P<0.05),影响DNA合成,最终产生抑制增殖诱导细胞分化的作用. 结论 ATRA,NaPA及两者联合应用均可抑制SMMC-7721细胞生长,诱导细胞分化,ATRA和NaPA联合对人肝癌细胞的诱导分化有协同作用.
