Connections between GABAergic neurons and Met-enkephalin, Leu-enkepha li n, β-endorphin or dynorphin immunoreactive terminals in the periaqueductal gra y of rat

Abstract: 目的观察中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)内γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)阳性神经元与甲硫氨酸-脑啡肽(Met-ENK)、亮氨酸-脑啡肽(Leu-ENK)、β-内啡肽(β-END)和强啡肽(Dyn) 阳性终末的联系. 方法免疫荧光组织化学双重染色,染色结果在激光共聚焦扫描显微镜下观察. 结果可见直径较小的GABA阳性神经元主要散在分布于PAG的内侧区和腹外侧区. GABA阳性终末在PAG各区的密度均较高. 以小型为主的少量Met-ENK,Leu-ENK和Dyn阳性神经元见于PAG的各区,但未见β-END阳性胞体. Met-ENK, Leu-ENK, β-END和Dyn阳性终末也主要分布于PAG 的内侧区和腹外侧区. Met-ENK, Leu-ENK, β-END和Dyn阳性终末围绕在GABA阳性神经元的胞体或树突的周围并形成密切接触. 结论 [ HTSS〗PAG内含内源性阿片样物质(Opiate-like substances, OLS)的阳性终末与GABA能神经元形成密切接触,提示可能对GABA能神经元的活动具有调控作用.
