Abstract: 目的观察丝裂霉素C(MMC)对培养的人结膜囊成纤维细胞胶原合成的影响. 方法用3H-脯氨酸掺入和原位杂交法观察MMC对培养人结膜囊成纤维细胞胶原合成活性的作用. 结果 0.4 g*L-1 MMC作用5 min,可使结膜囊成纤维细胞对3 H-脯氨酸的摄取减少55%以上(P<0 .05),并降低了Ⅰ型前胶原mRNA原位杂交信号. 结论临床青光眼滤过手术中使用的MMC剂量与作用时间,可减少成纤维细胞胶原的合成,有利于青光眼滤过手术成功率的提高.
