Abstract： Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) comprises a heterogeneous group of malignant disorders. it has been purified clonal hematopoietic stem cell disorder from the initial initial dysplasia hematopoietic syndrome. The diagnosis of MDS has changed from completely morphological diagnosis to multi-parameter diagnosis. In this review, the laboratory examination and diagnosis technology of MDS are discussed.
