Advances in the treatment of multiple myeloma

Abstract： Multiple myeloma (MM) is a kind of malignant hyperplastic diseases, which is origined from B cell line and can produce monoclonal immunoglobulin. Although myeloma remains incurable, recent advances in its treatment, including the use of bortezomib, thalidomide, stem cell transplantation, targeted therapy, polypeptide vaccine are promising.
