Abstract： Hemophagocytic syndrome is an excessive inflammatory response that caused by a variety of etiological factors. Lymphoma is the common cause of acquired hemophagocytic syndrome. Lymphoma associated hemophagocytic syndrome has a life-threatening condition and aggravates rapidly, the mortality is also high without timely treatment. The features of lymphoma associated hemophagocytic syndrome are reviewed based on the correlated literatures.
