Abstract: Unlike children, the outcome of adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) has not changed in past decades. There are many risk factors influencing the outcome. The most important factor is the early response to chemotherapy. The outcome of adult ALL is improved when receiving pediatric ALL regimen.Targeting therapy combined with chemotherapy have improved the outcome of Ph+ ALL and ALL expressing CD20+ Allogeneic stem cell transplantation is beneficial to high risk ALL.
