Abstract： 目的 探讨维甲酸(RA)在拟胚体分化中对胚层分化的影响.方法 将胚胎干(ES)细胞悬浮培养形成胚胎小体(Embryonic bodies,EBs),用高浓度RA诱导,利用免疫荧光和RT-PCR方法比较RA对三胚层分化的影响.结果 高浓度RA诱导EBs中神经外胚层的基因和蛋白表达,抑制中胚层和内胚层的基因和蛋白表达.结论 RA在胚胎干细胞分化早期就决定了胚层的分化,高浓度RA促进神经胚层分化.
