Changes of neuropeptide Y and atrial natriuretic peptide in a rat model of cerebral vascular spasm induced by subarachnoid hemorrhage

Abstract: 目的:探讨神经肽类物质在蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)后脑血管痉挛中的作用机制,为寻找有效的防治脑血管痉挛的方法提供理论基础.方法:20只Wistar大鼠被随机分为正常对照组及单纯注血组,通过枕小脑延髓池注血法建立蛛网膜下腔出血模型,根据临床症状和体征及皮质脑血流量的变化来判定脑血管痉挛的程度,采用放射免疫法动态观察实验性大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血脑血管痉挛血浆、脑脊液中神经肽Y、心钠素含量的变化.结果:注血组大鼠注血前及注血后30 min,2,4,7 d血浆中神经肽Y和心钠素含量分别为(216.61±14.17,321.37±10.10,373.60±13.98,435.05±13.81,558.42±22.60)ng/L和(140.43±3.76,142.39±3.87,175.34±6.21,227.00±10.62,321.19±11.63)ng/L,注血组大鼠注血前及注血后2,4,7 d脑脊液中神经肽Y和心钠素含量分别为(264.71±14.60,523.73±28.33,841.14±35.29,1 036.74±82.39)ng/L和(32.75±2.48,69.35±2.09,143.29±10.23,192.47±9.93)ng/L,注血组血浆、脑脊液中神经肽Y、心钠素含量明显高于同期正常对照组(P<0.01),且组内不同时间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).结论:蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛是常见的并发症,神经肽Y是继发脑血管痉挛重要的血管活性物质之一.
