Abstract: 通过微波消解,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定12种水果中的镍含量,由回收率控制检测质量.结果表明:不同类型水果中的镍含量存在较大差异,含量范围为23.67μg/kg~478.4μg/kg,平均含量为166.62μg/kg,镍含量的变化特征是:热带水果>瓜果类>柑橘类>仁果类>核果类>浆果类.
