对中药大黄中蒽醌类物质煎煮条件的优化

Abstract: 将大黄粗颗粒(2mm<d<5mm)进行煎煮,于不同煎煮时间段取样,并采用722E型分光光度法,测定该煎煮时间下样品中蒽醌类物质,并为煎煮时间与蒽醌类物质含量变化建立联系,从而获得最佳的煎煮条件为:大黄煎煮30min以前,游离蒽醌含量增加较快,50min时达最大.由此可见,大黄的动态变化与煎煮时间有关,通过本实验结果,可以作为大黄用于泻下作用煎煮的最佳时间.
